• Paper is sustainably crafted from the bark of the Daphne plant 

The Daphne plant grows high in the Himalayas. Village co-ops collect the bark to make into natural paper. Once made, the paper is brought to Kathmandu where it is colored, silkscreen or batik blocked. All of our papers are 20 x 30 inches in size and have deckled edges on all 4 sides. Each sheet is handmade by women from Nepal using locally sourced plant bark.

Paper will be rolled for shipping. Please note that wrapping paper requires an additional one-time flat shipping fee of $12, no matter the quantity ordered. Shipping available within the US only.
