Each balloon comes flat, packed into a compostable bag for hygiene safety with a FSC certified, recyclable information card. To use simply blow in the hole which will force the balloon to expand, inflate and form into its circular shaped character. The balloons can be flattened and blown up over and over again and are suitable for children over 2 years.
